IN 1952 ADREANA RIGGIO, together with her husband, Pasquale, two daughters and two sons, opened a little storefront pizzeria in the Northcenter neighborhood of Chicago. It was an era when, hard as it is to believe, pizzerias were not on every corner. In fact, Riggio's was one of the first pizzeria restaurants to open in Chicago.
